2011 Grammy Nominations

Last night the nominations for the 53 annual Grammy Awards were announced and the artist with the most nominations is none other than Eminem. Eminem earned himself 10 nomination  that include Song of the Year for "Love the Way You Lie" and Record of the Year for his album Recovery. The next artist who got the most nomination was Bruno Mars with 7 nominations. Some artist like Jay-Z & Lady Gaga got 6 nominations each. Congrats to all these artist for being nominated and you will have to watch on February 13.2011 to see who takes home a Grammy.

The Beatles now on itunes!!!!!

The Beatles are now on itunes. The Beatles album catalog has finally been added to itunes. All of The Beatles albums have been added and you could buy them all for just $150. They were one of the few bands and artist that had not allowed their music to be sold on itunes. Some of the other bands that dont sell on itunes are Kid Rock and AC/DC. The Beatles are one of my favorite band and they were one of the biggest selling bands of all time. Are any of you guys happy that the Beatles are now on itunes?

G.O.O.D. Friday

Kanye West has been releasing free music through his website every friday. He has released some good songs like "Monster" and the "Runaway Love Remix" with Justin Beiber. He has made availabe good songs for free on his website and he has collaborate with many different artist. Kanye had stated that he might be releasing free music on fridays for the rest of the year hope it's true.

Linkin Park's "A Thousand Sun"

Linkin Park is very good band that i like. They have been around since 2000 and they have had a a few albums. Some of my favorite songs from them are "Numb", "In The End", and "New Divide". I had bought there latest album "A Thousand Suns" a while back and i have to say that it is totally a different sounds for them. I have heard some people say that they arent going to be the same Linkin Park as before and they suck because they dont make good songs anymore. Well to those people i would have to say all artist change through there career. Linkin Park has changed and i think its a good thing. There sound is different but the band is still the same. Some of the songs i like of the album are "When They Come For Me", "Blackout", "Wretches and Kings", and " The Catalyst". Not that i dont like all the other song i just listen to these the most. What are some of your favorite LInkin Park songs and do you like the new Linkin Park or the old Linkin Park?

The Man on The Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager

I just bought Kid Cuid's new album "The Man on The Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager". I have had all of Kid Cuid's songs and i hope that this album will be the same or better than his other songs. Some of the song i have already heard from this album are "REVOFEV", "Erase Me", and "Mr. Ranger". They are all good song and i hope most on the songs on this album will aslo be good. Are any of you guys going to buy Kid Cudi's album and if you do tell me how you feel about it? I am going to listen to it right now.   :)

Lil Wayne released from prison

Lil Wayne was released from prison earlier today after serving 8 months out of a year long sentence for weapon possesion. Lil Wayne has keep this fans up to do date while he was in prison by writing letters to them and even released an album called "I Am Not a Human Being". He alos filmed most of the footage used in video to song hes on before he went to prison. That is very clever because he is reminding his fan that he stilll here. He will have a home coming party in Maimi this coming weekend. Hopefully after all the party he will go pack to the recording studio to record new music.

Congratualations Taylor!!!!!!!

Taylor Swift has sold 1 million albums in her first week according to the Billboard Hot 200. Her album "Speak Now" debuted at number 1 on the Billboard Hot 200. They is really incredible because nobody in the year 2010 has sold 1 million albums their first week not even Eminem who had one of the biggest album of the year. The last person to sell 1 million copies was Lil Wayne with his album "Tha Carter III" which was in 2008 that was 2 years ago. Taylor Swift had to prove herself that she doesnt care about the Kanye West incident and she has comeback stronger than ever with this album. You have to give credit where credit is due. CONGRATUALATIONS TAYLOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sofi Needs a Ladder

Deadmau5 has release a new track called "Sofi Needs a Ladder". It has his usual house music sound and its is almost as good as his other singles "Ghost N Stuff" & "Strobe". Deadmau5 has been getting a lot of attention since being the house DJ at the 2010 VMAs. He is also a playable character in the video game DJ Hero 2. This new track will be on his new album "4 x 4 = 12"

Halloween!!!

Halloween is almost here and while the little kids are going to be getting their candy. The teens and adults will most likely be at Halloween parties. If you are planning to have ones of these parties here are some song that the ghouls and ghost there could dance to. These songs will have the dead coming back to life to dance. Bhuhahahahahahah!!!!!!!

Kanye West's Runaway

Have you guy seen Kanye West's mini film "Runaway". It was directed by Mr.West himself and star Victoria Secret Model Selita Ebanks. The film has many song from the upcoming album "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy". The song that really stood out to me were the opening song of the movie which was "Dark Fantasy" and the song in the end which was "Lost in the World". The film also feature other artist in some songs like Kid Cudi, Raekwon, Rihanna, John Legend, and Bon Iver. What were some of your favorite songs in the film and why and if you havent seen the film you could see it down below.

A blog that i really like to read is the MTV Music Blog because it has to do with music. Its a nice blog because its made by MTV. They talk about lots if different type of music which is like i want to accomplish with my blog. Recently there was a new clip that said that Roosevelt High School was a "Drop Out Factory". I have to agree that student drops out but we arent the only school that has students dropping out. I feel that i have to prove this wrong because there are some really bright people in that school who i know personally. We have to prove people wrong about us being a dropout school.

Everywhere i go i have to have music and i know i am not the only one that feels that way. I probably became interested in music because it is a way of expresion and you can also express yourself like an artform.
